Billing Policies
Typically, plastic surgery is covered by insurance only if there is a medical need for it. Most insurance policies cover reconstructive surgery, although the extent of the coverages varies by each individual insurance plan.
Insurance policies typically do not cover elective cosmetic surgery. There are cases where there is partial coverage, in this case you would be responsible for the difference between the covered amount and the cosmetic portion, along with deductibles and copays. We ask that all insurance accounts be paid in full within 60 days.
